Refund policy
At LICK Energy, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
LICK Energy does not accept beverage returns due to the potential safety risks associated with ingestible products. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to make it right by providing replacement product.
To request a replacement order, please contact us at hello@drinklick.com and include your order number along with a clear image of the damaged or defective item.
All product replacement requests must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

LICK Energy Merch Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@drinklick.com. Please provide your Order Number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges (Merch Only)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
